ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Allison Wilson. As a dedicated yoga therapist, I'm passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journey. My focus is on physical recovery, mental health, and women's wellness, and I offer a compassionate and calming approach to yoga therapy. In my practice, I integrate the ancient healing art of yoga with holistic nutrition and breathwork to assist in the overall healing journey for each of my students.

My journey into yoga therapy began with my own experiences of healing through yoga. I discovered how this ancient practice could address not just physical ailments, but also support mental and emotional well-being. This personal transformation ignited a desire to help others find similar healing.
Driven by this passion, I pursued extensive training at Yoga Therapy Toronto, a highly reputable school. This education, combined with my registration with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), has equipped me to support others on their unique healing journeys.
